Our cheese dairy is a family business, run by Daniel Amstutz and his son Menno. The flagship product of the production is Tête de Moine PDO. We also produce the local specialties such as Moron-Bio, Fornet (certified local product) and Gruyère PDO. 50 milk producers, grouped in 1 dairy company, deliver more than 6.4 mio. kg of milk produced without silage. This milk is processed by 4 specialized cheese makers and 7 employees. Our high quality products enjoy a good reputation on the national and international market. One of the characteristics of our company is the direct sale of our products (export / mass distribution / retail trade and sales to private individuals). For the local sale in the small store a saleswoman is pleased to serve the customers.
